Order, Delivery and Payment

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can keep a track your order by clicking Track Order on the Bhgwa page after logging-in into your account. 

Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail and SMS.

And, after your shipment is dispatched from our end, you will be notified via SMS.

Please note that the tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping date to get activated and, once generated, is emailed to you.

In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.

 

ORDER

 

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Once your order is placed, you will be directed to the order confirmation page.

You can find details of your order under Track Order or My Orders tab in your account section.

E-mail confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail Id.

SMS confirmation sent to your registered mobile number.

 

What are the charges that will apply on my order?

For orders with cart value less than Rs 399, we levy a delivery fee of Rs 30.

The price of the products you see is inclusive of taxes.

 

Why can't I see the COD option?

You may not be able to avail COD for your purchase for one of the following reasons:

  1. Your pin code is amongst one of the pin codes we are presently unable to provide COD option to.
  2. If a user has cancelled/returned/RTOed multiple orders repetitively.
  3. You already have 2 COD orders in process that are yet to be delivered. Even if such is the case, you may place your further orders using PREPAID option.

 

I am unable to add products to my Bag.

Kindly ensure all the products that you want to add to Cart are in stock. Please clear cache, cookies and refresh the portal.

If the issue persists, you can reach us on our customer support helpline along with product details and error snapshot, and we will resolve this within 24 hours. We insist that you mail us at hello@bhgwa.com to allow us to have a better understanding of your issue.

 

DELIVERY

 

I have not received an order confirmation.

If you cannot see your placed order on the My Orders tab, please do not worry, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS soon.

We request you to keep a check of your spam folder as well.

 

My order status reads delivered, but I have not yet received it.

Someone else on your behalf might have received your order.

If your address is a residential, please check with your neighbour/security guard.

For non-residential address please check with the reception team.

If you think that isn't the case, please reach out to us via registered email id along with the order details.

 

I want to change my delivery address.

We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. We request you to please cancel the existing order and place a new order to change the delivery address.

 

I want to change the phone number for the order.

To change the phone number for the order, we request you to write to us at hello@bhgwa.com from your registered email id along with updated phone number and order details.

 

The order I have received is not what I had expected.

We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. To allow us to assist you better, we request you to please mail us at hello@bhgwa.com the following info:

  1. Your ORDER ID.
  2. Image of the product. [Take a picture].
  3. Tag of the product. [Take a picture].

 

I wasn't available at the time of delivery, but I want my order. What do I do?

We attempt delivery for all our orders thrice. Be assured if you missed your delivery at the first attempt; there will be two more attempts by our delivery executive for your order.

 

I tried to make a transaction, but it failed. What do I do?

If the amount has been debited from your bank or card, be assured that the debited amount will be refunded to the same source account within 3-5 business days.

Meanwhile, to place an order, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method.

Can I pay using an international card?

We currently do not accept payment via international cards. In case you have no other options available for making payment online, we suggest you place a COD order with us.

 

I have self-shipped. How do I get the refund?

We regret the inconvenience caused. If you have self-shipped the product, please email us. Kindly ensure that the mail has the following things:

Subject of the Mail:  “SELF-SHIPPED [ORDER ID]; if your ORDER ID is 123456, the subject shall be SELF-SHIPPED 123456.

Body of the mail: Describe the reason for returning or self-shipping in detail to allow us to understand the issue in depth and help you accordingly.

Attachment:  COURIER RECEIPT.

Failure to adhere to the prescribed format of the mail would result in consideration of mail as incomplete.

 

Will Bhgwa.com employee ever ask for my Confidential Information?

Please note that Bhgwa.com employees will never ask for your credentials like Bhgwa password, OTP, Credit/Debit card expiry and CVV or any other confidential information except for your name, address, e-mail id, mobile number and order Id.

 

What is the COD limit?

Bhgwa reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or order. Currently, the COD limit for an order is Rs 5000. Moreover, COD orders are limited to 10 products per order.

 

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

The COD (Cash on Delivery) option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders with a maximum value of Rs. 5000. To pay for any order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the Cash On Delivery option on the payment page. The cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pincodes/on selected products.

 

What are COD (Cash on Delivery) charges?

COD charges are levied on orders placed on COD mode for all customers of Bhgwa.com. COD charge of Rs 30 per product is levied on the order. The charges will reflect in the order invoice. Bhgwa.com reserves the right to determine the COD charges.

 

How can I get a refund of the COD charges?

COD charges are non-refundable with exception to Bhgwa attributed concerns.

 

CANCELLATION

 

Can I cancel my Order? 

We request you to mail us a cancellation request at hello@bgwa.com. Please note that an order is cancellable only when it has not been dispatched from our end. Once dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

However, you, as customer, always have the right to refuse to accept the delivery once the delivery attempt is made.

Refund for the cancelled PREPAID order:

  1. If the cancellation is made from our end, we shall initiate the refund within 24-48 hours of cancellation. Please note that once initiated, the refund might take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  2. If you have refused to accept the delivery for your prepaid order, we initiate refund within 24-48 hours of status being RTOed. Please note we cannot initiate the refund until the status is RTOed. Once initiated, the refund might take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

 

Can I cancel my Cancellation request?

No. Once an order is cancelled from our end, we cannot undo it. You will need to place the order again yourself.

 

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

How do I return my product?

You can return an order by clicking Return on the Track Order page.

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order for our products; please refer to the Product Description Page for more details.

Please ensure while returning, the product, the tag and the packaging are in the same condition as it was when delivered.

A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

For certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated within 48hrs from the date we receive your order, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Once initiated, the refund might take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

NOTE:

As a pre-emptive measure to prevent platform or product abuse, we initiate refund only when we have received and verified your order/product. We understand it might take a little longer than you are generally used to; be assured that your refund shall be processed. We request your sincere co-operation.

 

Which products are not eligible for return?

  1. Products sold in Flash sale.
  1. Products where there might be hygiene concerns: Mufflers/Stoles, Masks, Gym Tees

I wish to exchange my product

You can exchange most of your orders within 15 days of order delivery, please refer to the product description page for more details.

Exchange can be processed only for size-related concerns and Bhgwa-owned products.

You may request an exchange for an order only once.

You may return the exchanged product if required.

The item to be exchanged will be picked up at the time of delivery of exchange order.

All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. 

 

My product has been picked up, but I have not been refunded yet.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be processed to your selected mode within 48hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Once initiated, the refund might take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. If it has been longer, please reach out to us below, and we will investigate.
